Located on the Isle of Elle in the center of the Poitevin marsh, Villanelle is a family house more than a hundred years old, recently renovated,
For a decreasing rate from the second night (up to at least 15 Euros on the basic rate), It offers you the comfort of its three comfortable guest rooms, its large living room and the charm of its large garden in the center of town
At the confluence of the Vendée and Sèvres Niort rivers, and close to La Rochelle, Green Venice, Vendée beaches, the vast national forest of Mervent, Villanelle is at the center of your desires.
Nearby you will find:
- Walks on foot and by bike in the Poitevin marshes and the Mervent forest.
- The abbeys of Nieul sur l'Autise and Maillezais.
- Swimming and all the nautical activities on the beaches of Vendée.
- The bird sanctuaries of Saint Denis du Payré and St Hilaire la palud.
- Horse riding in Vix and Damvix
- Fishing in our two rivers and the entire watershed of the Poitevin marsh.

Étape facile et accueillante

Maison idéale pour une étape d’une nuit. Accueil du propriétaire chaleureux. Maison vieillotte et chambre sympa avec bonne literie...salle de bain et wc dans la chambre mais très étroite. PDJ simple et correct. Si toutes les chambres occupées possibilité de parking mais extérieur sur la place du village.
