We wanted somewhere within easy walking distance to the centre of town with car parking. The apartment achieved this, although we used restaurants and bars for eating had we wanted to the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The whole experience was first class and we would use again. Luis' instructions were simple and concise.

Beautiful spotlessly clean apartment with private parking
We stayed here for a week while we toured Asturias. Ribadesella is absolutely beautiful and the apartment is only a ten minute walk away from the centre. The view from the balcony isn't great but it does get the sun right until sunset. The private parking really is a huge bonus and really made a huge difference to our holiday. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a great holiday and we would highly recommend it to others wishing to visit the area.

Agréable appartement, bien décoré
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons apprécié aussi le garage pour la voiture. L'appartement est bien équipé et confortable. ( Il manque toutefois une cafetière électrique car pour le café du matin, à quatre, la cafetière moka est trop petite ).
La location est proche du centre ville à pied.
Une remarque toutefois : le propriétaire n'étant pas sur place, une personne est chargée de la remise des clés. Nous avons téléphoné 1 heure avant notre arrivée, comme prévu, mais
avons dû attendre le monsieur 30 minutes, puis peu d'explications. Pour le départ, de nouveau le même retard alors que nous avions pris rendez vous la veille. Accueil à améliorer.

Fantastic apartments in a great location
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Great location just 5 minutes from the centre of town and about 10 minutes from the beach. Communication with owner was great leading up to our stay, this broke down a little on the day of our arrival partly due to the language barrier. We where told to ring the owners friend who apparently spoke English, when we where 1 hour away which we did, the friend hung up on us saying he didn't speak any English. After many phone calls between us the owner and his friend we where eventually met after waiting outside for over 2 hours. This is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. My Spanish should be better and I don't expect people to speak English but to be met over 3 hours after the initial phone call with a travel tired 3 year old wasn't the best start.

Muy bien situado y acondicionado
Muy bien situado. Cerca del centro (5 minutos caminando), pero en una zona muy tranquila. Perfectame acondicionado y en buen estado de conservación. Dispone de todo lo necesario.

Excellent. 4 *
The Apartment was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, spacious, sunshine on the balcony from 1130 to sundown, peaceful and secure. The overall building was well maintained. The location was perfect. Only minutes from restaurants , bars, shops etc. Communication with the owner via e mail was excellent.
