Great beach house, you can’t get better view or access in the area.. very well equipped property, they had beach chairs which was a huge plus since we forgot ours..Had a lot of fun with the family and would certainly be back!

We stayed here for a couple nights with our family. It was absolutely a wonderful stay everything was great, beautiful views. Kids had fun with the pool table and ping pong.

This beach house in Caplen is five star all the way. The view is unbelievable. Beach access is only a few steps away. There was much less of a crowd on the beach than in Crystal Beach, and they were mostly family groups, fun loving but not at all rowdy. There were some golf carts and cars driving on the beach which was not a problem at all, very few parked and they drove respectfully. We found lots of shells. There are so many fun things to do in the cabin! Our kids loved playing pool and ping pong, and we all loved the hot tub though we kept it pretty cold. Our stay was everything I hoped it would be.

This property was perfect for our large family of 17. The only issue we had was not directly related to the property. A tropical storm rolled in and we lost power for 12 hours. It was difficult to get any updates or know how to plan as it got really hot and uncomfortable in the house and we couldn’t stay outside because of the mosquitoes. That aside, the rest of our stay was absolutely amazing. We would book this property again but would hope communication during an unforeseen event might be better or some concession made for a day that we lost due to the power outage.

This was the best beach house that we have ever rented. We had family from 6 years old to 73. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and has so much to do there. We had 2 teenager boys and 2 little ones. They had so much fun in that upstairs area. We called it the boys dorm. The elevator was helpful for loading up and then for taking our very old dog to the bathroom. The beach is right in front of the house and the hot tub on the main deck was a big hit. There was also a great fire pit downstairs. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Great time at Serenity!

Have stayed at several properties and this one did not disappoint! It was large enough for everyone to have space, and bathrooms and kitchen had all the amenities we needed! Very clean on arrival. The lift out side was super helpful. Would love to come back here next year!

Great Stay

Serenity is an excellent house to take your family and enjoy crystal beach. Bert clean and spacious, plenty of beds for a large group and the up stairs is perfect for kids/teenagers. Large deck on the front and great area below to hang out and relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Family trip to Serenity

Beautiful and huge. Accommodations were perfect. The weather wasn’t the best so it was nice to have such a perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. We will be back.

Family trip

Great place to stay for our annual family trip with a total of 21 people, adults, teens and children. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to beach. We were there for a four day trip over Fourth of July weekend and we weren’t crowded at all. Our door code didn’t work when we got there but they had a backup lock box with a key to get in and quick response when I called about it. Low on propane fuel for the grill but quick response and delivery the the next morning even on the fourth. Would highly recommend for large family gatherings

Relaxed and renewed

Beautiful property right on the water. Our favorite spot was a chair on the deck listening to the waves. We slept like a dream each night.
