About this property
Colonial situated house with very big garden and private pool
This house is beautiful situated in the hills close to Aiguablava. It's very calm situated, with a huge garden with palms, olives and a wonderful bougainvillea near the terrace. The new swimming pool is in front of the house, next to the palms. You will enjoy the rest and privacy this perfect spot offers you. The house itself has a brand new fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. Thanks to the spacious garden and the wood around the house, this is also a perfect place to stay with children. They can play around save and they will enjoy themselves. In front of the house is a veranda with a long table for at least 15 people. The house has five bedrooms for two persons, a living room with fireplace, a dining room with another fireplace, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a scullery and two garages. The beaches of Tamariu and Aiguablava are just 2 km. away. Five minutes walking from your house you will find a supermarket and tennis courts.
