It offers 4 beds and 2.5 baths in a very clean and airy environment with lots of natural light. Hosts a basket ball goal and a large backyard for fun activities. It’s practically right in the neighborhood of Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen , minutes away from Cedar Hill shopping and restaurants such as Salt Grass, Joes Crab Shack and Uptown Cedar Hill Mall. Conveniently 8-12 minutes to Joe Pool Lake, 15-17 minutes from downtown, 18-22 minutes from Arlington.

Perfect for the Holidays

We stayed at the property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was bad, so we had to stay inside. With that being said, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay indoors. The house is extremely large to handle big family gatherings. The neighborhood was quiet even though it was a holiday. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Very homey and spacious!!

I highly recommend this home. The home was clean and stocked with snacks. It was everything as advertised!! It was near shopping and food. There was ample space for my family. Great neighborhood also. Will definitely stay again.

Duncanville Stay

This property did not disappoint! Everything was as described and the property was well taken care of. We accidentally locked ourselves out and were promptly taken care of. We also loved that there was nearby access to numerous stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to other vacation goers.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The property owner was very patient with me as our guest list changed a of couple times. The entire process went smooth and highly recommend.

Good weekend visit

Great place for our family to stay in Duncanville where we gathered with others for a memorial service for my father-in-law. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable spaces to relax.

Nice neighborhood

We came into town for a wedding, and this property was ideally located for that. It is in a nice neighborhood, and is a good size for 1 or 2 families. The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. If you need somewhere to stay in Duncanville, I recommend this house.
