Facing the sanguinary islands, it offers an exceptional panoramic view of Ajaccio and its sunsets.

The villa offers for rent a garden apartment (60m² for 2 to 4 beds) as well as a separate main villa in two volumes (1 family house of 165m², 4 bedrooms for 8 beds which corresponds to the advert and 1 large apartment 107m² for 4 to 6 beds).

Each space is rented fully equipped (sheets, towels, washing machine, full kitchen). All have beautiful volumes, with large bay windows overlooking the sea, Ajaccio and the sanguinary islands.

Outside, you will have a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) with terraces and conviviality spaces overlooking a sublime sea view (plancha, barbecue, pétanque field, ping-pong table).

It is also possible to reserve the entire villa with its estate.

The villa concerned (165m²) consists of 4 bedrooms (8 people).
Ground floor: beautiful living room of 80m² fully glazed with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, living room.
½ level: 1 bedroom with a double bed, wc and shower room with Italian shower.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed view; 1 master suite with a double bed and a lounge area with convertible sofa, television, dressing room and magnificent sea view; a bathroom with shower and wc.

Information:
All rooms have hotel-style mattresses, walk-in closets and safes.
Sheets (dry cleaning) and towels are provided.
The bathrooms all have a hairdryer and each unit has its own washing machine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Outside, a plancha, a barbecue, a pétanque court and several convivial spaces - meals are at your disposal. The swimming pool and deckchairs on the terraces are shared.

The neighborhood:
Access in less than 15 minutes on foot to the beach (with its nautical activities such as diving) and to downtown Porticcio (shops, convenience stores, restaurants, huts, nightclubs) where you can take the river shuttle to Ajaccio for a walk.
