Beautiful villa with swimming pool near the sea and Porticcio, the 140 m² accommodation can comfortably accommodate 10 travellers. The fully air-conditioned villa has an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa that converts into two single beds, 4 bedrooms, one with a desk and one with air-conditioning, as well as a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower. You will also enjoy the private swimming pool and the enclosed garden of 1220 m². Sheets and towels provided. No pets allowed.

The accommodation
The villa, completely renovated in the summer of 2020, is as follows
- Entrance hall with separate toilet
- Living room with corner sofa (convertible into two beds), 160 cm LED TV, dining area with dining table
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, raclette machine and cutlery. The kitchen also features a second dining table for 4 people.
- Back kitchen with sink, washing machine and dryer
- One bedroom with queen-size bed 160 cm x 200 cm, and private bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Two bedrooms with two single beds, which can be joined together to form two double beds
- A fourth bedroom with double sofa bed and desk
- Large bathroom with corner bath, shower, 2 basins, bidet and WC

Outside
- Private, unheated, secure swimming pool of 10 x 5 metres. The pool is accessible all year round. A solar shower is available by the pool.
- Large enclosed and landscaped garden of 1220 m² with gas barbecue, plancha, and portico for children
- 2 terraces: one facing south, covered and with dining area, garden furniture and TV; the other facing north
- Outdoor parking on the property

The area
The villa is located in the quiet and residential area of "La Colline des Fleurs". You will be only a few minutes by car from the beaches and the shops: bakery, greengrocer, cafés, restaurants, nightclubs, doctor... Porticcio can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and Ajaccio is 16 km away.

- A studio, located on the same plot as the villa, is also available for short term rental. The studio and the villa have separate access and spaces.
