Tennis Village 53, with its open floor plan and lodge design, offers guests a great location and access to Sunriver's fantastic resort amenities - including a shared hot tub, tennis, basketball, , and much more. The home features vaulted ceilings, large windows that let in plenty of light, warm wood paneling, and beam accents. Guest will enjoy a spacious kitchen that opens to the living area, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and access to an upstairs loft with your own private sauna off of the bathroom. Tennis Village 53 is the perfect base camp when visiting the resort!

Tennis Village 53 is just a short walk from the Sage Springs Spa, where you can relax and rejuvenate yourself after a day of hiking, biking, or kayaking. The Village at Sunriver is under a mile away and offers great shops and restaurants. Whatever you choose to do, your family may never want to leave!

More of a yurt than a chalet. The place is rundown in need of updating. Washing machine was broken. Dishwasher barely worked. Kitchen was severely under stocked. Bedding smelled and was scratchy and gross. The carpet was bad. Towel rack broken. And there was no where to hang coats or dry soil clothes. I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff. But this place needs some investment.

Location was excellent near all the outdoor natural sites. Very clean home, well supplied and comfy beds! I get better sleep than in a hotel! Wonderful community and area!

Wonderful Low-Key Sunriver Getaway

This unit offered exactly what I needed for a conference visit to the Sunriver Resort: a bit of removed privacy from the resort hubbub itself. Everything worked as advertised, the condo was cozy, and it even has a sauna! A perfect spot for the price.

Sunriver wedding

This is the perfect location if attending a wedding on the Sunriver property. Easy walkable access to the Lodge and Great Hall. The townhome was clean and well stocked. I Definitely would recommend this spot and would stay again .

Tennis Village 53=Cozy Place

Clean and cozy place. Perfect for a family for of four. Would not hesitate to book again. Only advice I would give to prospective visitors is to be aware that the blinds in master bedroom does not block any lights. It gets bright at night due to the streetlights so you may want to hang a bedsheet of blankets to block the lights.

Don’t stay in this condo until it gets remodeled

Sunriver is a beautiful and very appealing vacation destination, with great amenities. The condo we stayed in was old and in grave need of updating. It smelled musty, carpeting was disgusting, and bathrooms outdated.

Love the space. Love the location to grocery and cafe. Great location for easy access to roads. Property feels like it is not being loved or invested in. Have stayed here before and it is the same with the same cosmetic issues. As they say, “ the girl is starting to show her age” and there is no up keep happening (cosmetic). Fully functional home.

It was a nice house to stay.

Management was helpful. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean except the carpet was getting old. Kitchen was well equipped but the other houses we stayed in the past had more stuff such as coffee grinder, salt and pepper, oil, etc. I had a hard time in figuring out how to lock the front door but finally I did. I didn't get a chance to use the grill nor oven but everything seems to be working condition, including the sauna.

This house was just ok. The dishwasher and washing machine did not work. We spent too much time hand washing dishes after they came out of the dishwasher so we could use them. The washer never completed the chosen cycle so I spent a lot of time manually choosing cycle segments to spin the clothes. Then I had to run the machine 4 more times to rinse the soap out. The soap never rinsed out of the clothes so I gave up. Then there was no place to hang any clothing or towels to dry. The thermostat was also not working properly. We froze even when the aircon was set to 76. We finally turned the system off. The thermostat read 81 inside, but we were perfectly comfortable. I’m normally too warm at 76 degrees. The best thing about our vacation was that we didn’t spend much time at the house.

Manage your expectations…

I want to first recognize Jackie, Jesse and Chris in the Sunriver office. Their quick response and willingness to meet with us altered the outcome of this review. They were great. The outcome was agreeable to both parties. Thankfully, they were actual people that we got to deal with. The only other way is virtually, which was not appropriate for the issues. This unit needs a lot of TLC. We have stayed in many Tennis Village condos over the last 20+ years - some updated, some not. This unit is the least updated, with the exception of the kitchen appliances. Without going into specific details (all have been addressed with the office), It is our understanding that all issues will be addressed before renting it out again.

The house is very spacious, comfortable, upgraded appliances, and well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. We really enjoyed using sauna after skiing and wood-burning fireplace for cold evenings. Amazing location close to the village and resort.

Enjoyable visit

Property was clean and well stocked. Tucked nicely into Sunriver’s tennis village. Check in and out was smooth. However, for this price (very high with all the add on fees), the property was a bit tired. For this premium price, property should be updated.

Family getaway

We are very familiar with Sunriver but had never stayed at the Tennis Condos. Loved the location - literally a five minute walk to the village and the lodge. Bike trail access is right off the parking lot. Even though our unit faced the parking lot it was quiet, even with windows open. Privacy was a challenge - just keep the blinds closed at night when lights are on. Decor is a little outdated - it's a rental, no big deal. Kitchen was well supplied with almost every cooking/baking gadget you could need. You will have to supply most staples though. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows/blankets. Only design flaw that was bothersome is we could smell the neighbors garbage, located right next to the patio off the master suite.
