Charming Studio Facing the Port and 100 m from the Beach

In the center of BINIC, the "GRAIN OF BEAUTY" of Côtes d'Armor, studios completely renovated with a SUPERB SEA VIEW ... and the BEACH 100 m away !!!
Two real little love nests of around 30m² with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave / oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, pots, stoves, and complete dishes. Taste decoration. Comfortable accommodation in a small building along the quays, FULL SOUTH and close to all the SHOPS.

Very quiet building, public parking nearby, Banche beach 2 minutes' walk, restaurants at the foot of the studios, bakery and carrefour city a few meters away. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.

Entrance is from 3 p.m.
Departure before 11am
Tourist tax 1. 20 euros / night / person

In high season, minimum stay of 1 week, otherwise long weekend possible on request at 06 87 55 09 90

Working in the restaurant next door, I am present at the arrival and departure of travelers, and available at any time if necessary

Petit studio bien situé

Studio en bordure de l'arrière port de Binic. A proximité immédiate des restaurants, des boutiques et du marché local. Bien équipé conformément au descriptif. Le studio du premier étage est un peu bruyant vs celui du second étage (plancher qui grince et eau qui déferle dans les canalisations). Cela reste néanmoins ponctuel. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Bon séjour et belle région.
