The plot size of this property has 1200 sqm and it is a serene balance between the abundant nature with its high pine trees , the modern architecture lines that you can see in the outdoor pool and the grass garden filled with details of small stones and bamboo.

With its single floor configuration that results in a perfect symbiotic connection between the indoors and outdoors, the villa has 250 sqm, with 5 en-suite bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and an exquisite fully equipped kitchen. Every room has access to the outdoor area. The outdoor area has a modern heated pool and a beautiful garden area with a barbecue and a meal area with a parasol that can be used for sunny days.

There is also a guesthouse with a ping-pong table, a soccer table, a TV, two sofa-beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is rented completely furnished and equipped. Every room has air conditioning and central heating. It has a private parking area.

Every bedroom, had a lovely en suite bathroom, comfortable beds, a great kitchen with a number of amenities, the pool was fabulous (we started and ended our day in the heated pool), great game room, safe setting, the host was charming and so helpful, and it was nearby everything in Cascais. It made for a spectacular vacation.

The house location, is excellent if you prefer a quiet area. 5 min by car to the center of Cascais. The host is very friendly and available.

The pool is not heated and general cleanliness is lacking

We have chosen this villa because of the advertised. It was at 14 degrees after 3 days and at the day we were leaving 21 degrees, as shown on the pump ( but I am sure the actual temperature in the pool was below that, regardless of this the comfortable pool temperature is at least 24-25 degrees ). I was under the impression that the pool is heated irrespective of the season ( but was told no heated pool is operating in december/january due to outside temperatures) when I was booking and my family and I were excited to use it over our stay. We haven't had a chance to even once and this is quite disappointing that the pump wasn't turned on earlier to warm up the water before we arrived.The cleanliness was also a little lacking, some dirty glassware was found, dust around, etc. Great location and size although would be far better if it was indeed as advertised.
