Location

The villa is about 400m from L'Anse à l'Âne beach on the Trois Ilets municipality. Enjoying a quiet environment, it benefits from a beautiful seaview and Ramier small island.

The lively touristic area of Pointe du Bout as well as the 18-hole golf course of international renown are about 3 km.

From the Anse à l'Ane beach, shuttle boats allow you to go to the center of Fort de France by crossing the bay.



The villa

Renovated in 2014, the villa of about 200m ² (+ terraces) provides 8 rooms divided on 3 levels:



The upper level includes:



-An air-conditioned master bedroom of more than 30m ² furnished with king size bed (200X200). It comprises a dressing room, bathroom with shower and large private terrace with magnificent seaview



The intermediate level is facing the swimming pool and deck and includes :



-A small air-conditioned bedroom, open on the terrace with Queen Size bed (160X200) and ensuite bathroom with shower

-2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower and Queen size bed

-1 Well equipped open kitchen

-1 Wide living room opened on terrace enjoying sight sea.



The lower level, on ground floor, includes:



-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower furnished with 2 bunk beds (for 4 childrens or teenagers)

-2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower



At the intermediate level, facing the living room, you will enjoy the large shaded terrace where you will enjoy taking your meals in front of a beautiful seaview.

In front of the terrace you will also enjoy sunbathing on sunbeds... before refreshing you self in the large swimming pool!
