About this property
Lodging for Fishermen and Guided Striper Trips. Sleeps Two.
The rental is not the entire home...Just one private master bedroom complete with W/D and Shower. I live in the other Master Bedroom on the other end of the trailer. Friendly dog (Lab mix)is part of the fun also.
Intended for fisherman going out with Guides near Alberta Creek or Catfish Bay and people bringing their boat to fish Lake Texoma. I get several tournament anglers each year.
Two twin beds, private shower and W/D. Modest lodging but very Clean with friendly host! Use of kitchen to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. Fridge and chest freezer available for supplies.
Non Smoking inside. Outside OK. Quiet Neighborhood.
Grill and Fire Pit available.
I am 66 year old retired male that likes to fish.
Located One mile South of Alberta Creek Road.
