We are excited to share our upgraded home with you! We have over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories.

Includes FOUR smart televisions with Netflix and high-speed internet to stream anything you need! TVs in every room!!

Our three bedrooms consist of three queen beds and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items.

Hang out in the bar area and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses.

There is a high-top table that creates the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, complete with complimentary laundry detergent.

Our guest closet is loaded with board games, casino games, Wii Sports, Rock Band, exercise equipment, puzzles, extra bedding, and more!

On the party patio, you will find party lights and a charcoal grill. The patio leads into a spacious backyard with a fire pit, outdoor chairs, and a horseshoe pit perfect for friendly or competitive activities!

Adorable and safe neighborhood great for walks, enjoying coffee on the glider, or gazing at the sunset.

Located only 1.2 miles from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red Restaurant and Bar", and minutes from delicious restaurants makes this an ideal location.

Visited the Choctaw casino for a couple of days before some business meetings in Dallas. Very clean house in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Will definitely make this a regular when we travel to Durant.

Our family of 5 plus a baby found the property to be a perfect size for us all. We travel a lot and stay at air b&b's monthly - this house is so well stocked and so thoughtfully laid out. Perfect stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we will definitely return. The house is spotlessly clean and the location is perfect because we frequently attend concerts at the Choctaw Casino. We had problems with the internet and reached out to our host to let her know. She immediately responded and even came to the house to fix it for us!

Great decor and so comfortable

Cabernet Cottage was a lovely home for my husband and myself. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and condiments. The bed was very comfortable and loved all the little things like shampoo, bath gel, lotion, and a bottled of wine to enjoy and replace! We enjoyed having our coffee on the back patio early in the morning. We tried our hand at horseshoes and need a lot more practice. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to come again when visiting our relatives in the area, Thanks again Kristin for letting us stay in your awesome home! Carole and Bruce
