Enjoy a cozy holiday getaway in our peaceful rural home. WIFI NOT AVAILABLE

Wanda's Wish is a great Lake Texoma getaway that is a peaceful, country home and is centrally located to many of the local attractions. Choctaw Casino is an easy 10 min drive. Lake Texoma is a short drive, with Johnson Creek and Willow Springs being approx. 8 miles away. The city of Durant is 6 miles east. A cozy vacation getaway...perfect for your family. Driveway is large enough for three trucks and trailers. Sleeps 5-7. Blow up mattress available upon request. NOTE: Wifi is currently not available in our area..hopefully coming soon!

The house was well stocked with clean linens, coffee and supplies, and snacks. It was very clean and ready to go. Very quiet and well located. Communication was super easy with our host. We'd definitely stay there again.

The property was reasonably clean. The bedding was clean and the beds were made. The kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking. There was a charcoal grill out front that has seen better days. There was no internet and spotty cell service. Our hotspots didn't work. There weren't any working smoke detectors or CO detectors so that's a concern. We made it work.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the property clean, beds made and kitchen well equipped. We want to clarify that WIFI is not advertised as an amenity and there is an EXTRA note added in the "About This Property" area of the listing explaining there is no provider in our rural area. I have now added it to the HEADLINE of the property for those who do not read through the listing information. As far as spotty cell phone service, AT&T and Verizon both provide great service is our area. We also take safety concerns very seriously. Had we been notified during your stay that smoke/CO detectors were not functioning, we would have gladly addressed that. We have since inspected the property to ensure all safety devices are present and working. We appreciate your stay and your comments. You left our home very clean and well taken care of. Your comments help us to continue improving guest experience.
