Best FIRST Snowbird Experience Ever!

The condo is beautiful - very well decorated and comfortable. Simple elegance - uncluttered but well stocked with everything we needed for the entire 5 months except an ice cream scoop (which we added to the drawers)! Comfortable beds, couches, and recliners. Dining room with 6 chairs was perfect for game nights. And the balcony was SO PERFECT for sunrises, space launches, and dolphin spotting. Great beachfront location.

I give this condo a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect. Could see and hear the ocean all the time. This condo faces the ocean & is only steps away. Was extremely well stocked & lacked for nothing. We were thrilled beyond words when we opened the door & found the condo even nicer than the pictures. It was a great place & we would do it again. Thanks!

Roomy 2 Bdrm condo, Great SE Ocean view balcony!

We were pleasantly surprised at the contemporary updates throughout unit: floor, kitchen, bedrooms. Balcony was fantastic to view ocean waves, sunrises. Comfy couches, king bed, dining table, and kitchen was wonderfully updated. Several closets (we stayed 3 months) so more than enough storage. I arranged a pantry in the main closet and cooked many super meals using owners utensils. Bathrooms were tiny, but functional. Wonderful, well kept building with excellent security; quick elevators, maintained pool deck with HEATED pool for 12 months pleasure. We Chose Well! Check in was a hullabaloo, only because day after hurricane Ian!!!!

There were many issues with this condo. Things did not work. Air conditioner malfunctioned for 3 day

Paid more for this unit than other renters in building Property manager told me to call for problem with air conditioner. No screen on patio door so was not able to let a breeze in when air did not work. Flapper on main bath toilet stuck so had to keep taking lid off and fixing it. Too many other issues Will not consider staying there again

Oceans Three

Wonderful place to stay, excellent location and people. Beautiful southeast morning sun view. Great balcony and balcony furniture. The downsides are pay laundry on each floor shared by six units and small kitchen, but the owners are remodeling the kitchen shortly. We would definitely come back!

A million dollar view!

We rented this property while waiting for the purchase of our home to finalize. What a dreamy view! The property is immaculate, close to shopping and ON THE BEACH. Plenty spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen to make gourmet meals. And the pool!! Absolutely fantastic! While we are so thrilled to be in our new home, we will always have tremendous affection for this fabulous rental. A special thanks to Jason, who handed our little check in snafu like a pro!!
