Ideal for a family or a group of friends from 4 to 6 people, the apartment is located in the Bergers district, close to the slopes and many shops. It faces south with a clear view of the mountains.
Both functional and comfortable, it consists of 32 m² of a living room / living room (sleeps 2), a cabin type bedroom (2 bunk beds), a bedroom (sleeps 2), a kitchen area , a bathroom with bath, separate WC and has a balcony. A private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence.
The apartment is well equipped and regularly renovated.

- Bedrooms: storage.
- Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, combined oven / MW, ceramic hobs.
- Accessories available: electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, multi-pancake machine.
- Grocery store: salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil.
- Underfloor heating and additional electric radiators.
- Secure ski closet on the ground floor.

Laundry :
- Duvets, blankets and pillows provided for each bed.
- Fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow covers not supplied.
- Towels and household linen not provided.

Departure and arrival:
- Delivery of keys and inventory provided by a person on site at the following times:
    * arrival between 2.30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
    * departure between 8:30 am and 11:00 am
- Cleaning and storage to be done by the tenants before their departure (products and equipment provided on site).
- Cleaning option possible: € 50 to be paid directly to the person on site. To be specified imperatively in your request.

Séjour à l'Alpe d'Huez

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Damien. L'emplacement est top, à 2-3 minutes à pied des pistes. Résidence calme, partie commune propre et local à ski au RDC vraiment pratique. L'appartement manquait légèrement de propreté à notre goût mais sinon il était fonctionnel et conforme à l'annonce. Je recommande totalement ce logement.

The perfect ski holiday for any family or group

Excellent apartment. Great location for ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants, ski school. Stunning views from balcony, always comfy and warm. Facilities in the apartment cover all that is required to enjoy a ski holiday, we are repeat guests and love coming here. There are newly laid floors, decor and reception area. Secure ski lockers. Owner is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

Appartement fonctionnel idéalement situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, il faut marcher 100m pour accéder au piste et le retour à la résidence se fait skis aux pieds. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce : fonctionnel et belle vue sur la montagne. Seul bémol, le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée.
