outside ; garden furniture and clothesline, in the heart of a shaded property of 8.8 ha consisting mainly of maritime pines.
on the ground floor: floor with tomettes; spacious living / dining room of approximately 50m2 with TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, overlooking kitchen with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils .
upstairs :
a bathroom with toilet, two sinks, two mirrors, a bathtub and bath towels
a first room with double bed (140/200), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
a second bedroom with two single beds (90/190), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
between rooms, available on the landing, iron, vacuum cleaner and extra bed

Environment:
The house is located in Brittany, in the department of Morbihan, near the castle of Plessis-Josso and Gorvello, a small village of character
It is established:
- 2.5 km from Theix-Noyalo, where you will find the nearest shops, as well as several catering facilities
- 10 kms from Vannes; visit of its ramparts, its Medieval Center, its Saturday morning market
- 20 kms from the nearest beaches; Sarzeau, Damgan, Suscinio Castle, Rhuys Peninsula

We were absolutely delighted with our house. Such a beautiful setting. We loved the forest which was perfect for our dog Barney who could roam without needing a lead. It was so quiet so perfect for us to unwind after the busy life we have. We would love to return.

Schönes, sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattetes Waldhaus, hier lernt man Gastfreundlichkeit kennen! Wir haben uns zuhause gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist äusserst freundlich, alle benötigten Informationen sind noch vor Anreise da. Das Haus steht in Alleinlage im Wald, es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir waren im Winter dort, die Heizung und Warmwasser funktionieren einwandfrei. Selbst Kaminholz und Anzündmaterial waren gerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es sind sogar Gewürze, Backsachen und Kaffee und Tee da. Das Haus ist gepflegt sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Danke nochmals für das liebevoll zusammengestellte Gastgeschenk. So fühlt man sich willkommen! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Traumhaft für Ruhesuchende

Es war wunderschön.Sehr nette,aufmerksame Gastgeberin.Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.Ruhige Alleinlage im Wald, trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen.Ich könnte noch mehr tolle Sachen schreiben,würde den Rahmen sprengen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag:An einigen Fenstern Mückengase wären toll.Bisher keine Mückenprobleme in der Bretagne.Diese Jahr dort eine Plage.Durch die fehlenden Gase hatte wir Stiche wie noch nie woanders. Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall einmal wieder dort unsere Ferien zu verbringen.

Een karakteristiek huis midden in de natuur

Dit huis ligt midden in het bos met optimale privacy en op een unieke locatie. Veel aandacht voor de gasten, heel gastvrije ontvangst. Compleet ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dat er alleen een WC op de verdieping is, is niet in de advertentie genoemd. De omgeving biedt veel recreatiemogelijkheden. Een aanrader is het zeker!

Nous sommes heureuses d'avoir pu passer nos 2 semaines dans ce lieu. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 chats (nous sommes très contentes car l'accord pour des animaux est de plus en plus rare). La chaumière dans le style breton est grand et bien équipée. L'environnement est idéal pour s'y détendre.Les indications pour trouver le lieu sont claires, et les coordonnées GPS nécessaires car ce coin de paradis est véritablement en pleine forêt 😊. dete'dre

Maison dans un cadre magique

La maison est située au bout d'un chemin. Elle se découvre comme le Mont Saint-Michel, au dernier moment au milieu de ses hortensias. C'est très fonctionnel, il y a de tout, rien ne manque. C'est très calme, convivial. Notre chien a adoré faire la sieste autour de la maison, dans la fraîcheur Bretonne.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette chaumière accueillante au milieu de la forêt. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur à l’intérieur car nous y étions pendant la semaine de grande canicule de juillet 2022. Tout était parfait. Et si nous revenons dans cette très belle région, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la chaumière.
