This house was great for our annual girls trip! The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking tools we needed! The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully! The pool was private and the backyard grilling station was awesome! Location was great- short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Would definitely love to stay here in the future!

Beautiful house! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The house had everything we could possibly need and more. We are bummed that it rained all weekend so we couldn’t use the pool. Walkable to bars and beaches. We had a lovely stay even with poor weather. Hosts were very kind and accommodating with early check in and late check out!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aerie! The house was very roomy with plenty of beds and space to spread out. The kitchen was perfect to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! Highly recommend and we would book again.

This was a great property in a great location. We had plenty of space for everyone to relax; plus easy access to the beach. The large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we stayed in.

Great place for a girls trip!

Loved the ease of being able to walk to all things IOP and the beach being only a block away. Lots of space for the group to sleep and the hosts were very responsive.

Great Easter Getaway

Loved being together for the holiday week! The house was perfect for all of our family to enjoy, and even though the weather did not cooperate, there was plenty at the house as well as the surrounding area to keep everyone entertained!

Magical place for family reunion

Wonderful location with quick access to the beach and with a pool and plenty of amenities for sunny or rainy weather. The house has a great layout for extended family gatherings with multiple generations. Kitchen and dining areas easily accommodate large groups.

Fabulous spot!

Loved the location and comfort of this vacation home. We had 10 friends stay in the house and it was great! Lots of usable space…indoors and out. The owners were very responsive and helpful!
