Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique

Très bon accueil par Sarah la nièce à Nicoletta et très bons contacts avec Nicoletta, la propriétaire. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes, propre, spacieux, literie de très bonne qualité. Il ne manquait rien Emplacement idéal pour prendre le ferry pour Côme ou Bellagio. De notre chambre petite vue sur le lac qui se situe à 50m.

Freundliche Gastgeber, herrlicher Garten mit Pool , sauber !

Wir bekamen sogar tomaten, gurken und birnen aus dem garten geschenkt. Etwas ungluecklich koennte man lediglich die Lage nahe der Kirche bezeichnen, genauer das Glockengelaeut … aber uns hat das nicht wirklich gestoert. Obwohl wir nicht die gleiche sprache sprechen , verstanden wir uns ausgezeichnet

Schönes Appartement

Wer einen sehr festen tiefen Schlaf hat, kann den Aufenthalt hier genießen. Für uns war die Kopfsteinpflaster Straße vor dem Fenster leider zu laut.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns prima gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, eine schöne Unterkunft miz Pool und das Wetter nhat sich auch von der besten Seite gezeigt.

Schönes Wohnen mit Glockengeläut

Die freundlichen Vermieter sind stets hilfsbereit und eine Tochter spricht auch Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Sie liegt recht dicht am See und direkt neben der Kirche. Auf dem großzügigen Grundstück gibt‘s einen schönen Pool, den man fast jederzeit nutzen darf. Parkplätze auf dem Grund sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne und erholsame Woche gehabt.

Bel endroit quoique bruyant

Super accueil et jardin très agréable. Appartement conforme aux photos, frais et bien équipé. Toutefois, la proximité de l’église et d’une route en pavés côté appartement et une marbrerie (au son de lourdes machines) à proximité de la piscine rendent l’endroit très bruyant, rendant le repos compliqué.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit schönem Garten in steategisch günstiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett ist super bequem und in der Küche findet man genug Utensilien, um mit frischen Zutaten vom Markt leckere Dinge zu kochen. Die Orte Menaggio und Dongo sind nicht weit entfernt und man kann direkt vor der Haustür in den Bus steigen um den See zu erkunden.

Schöne geräumige FeWo nahe am See mit großem Garten

Das Bergpanorama um den See ist wirklich großartig, und es gibt viel zu sehen. Nette Gastgeber, man kann sich im Garten einen Liegestuhl nehmen oder im Pool schwimmen. In der Wohnung gab es keine Waschmaschine aber ich durfte eine der beiden im Innenhof nutzen.Gerne wieder.

Gute und gemütliche Erholung

Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Der Ort war sehr ruhig, mal von den Kirchenglocken abgesehen, die aber während der Nacht nicht läuteten. Der Raum konnte für die Nacht sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Der Ort ist nahe am See gelegen und das Auto konnte in einem abgeschlossenen Areal gratis parkiert werden. Einzig die Extrakosten für die Heizung überraschten uns. Diese waren jedoch im Rahmen. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr herzlich, grosszügig und unkompliziert. Wir denken, dass im Frühling oder Herbst der Ort noch attraktiver ist.

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal, sauber und zweckmäßig, es gibt sogar Sat-TV. Der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft, gepflegt und richtig gut zum Entspannen. Man darf sich überall aufhalten und es gibt mehrere Sitzplätze.Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der See ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und es gibt dort direkt einen Badebereich. Der Ort selbst ist ruhig, ist aber ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man es eher etwas ruhiger mag!

Prima verblijf aan Comomeer.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen; Nicoletta en haar nicht Sara willen je het echt naar de zin maken. Sara spreekt goed Engels! Mooi appartement. Super schoon! Het gebruik van het zwembad is heel goed; je deelt dit met andere gasten wat totaal geen probleem is. De auto stond geparkeerd in een overdekte garage. Een Airco of een ventilator zou een prettige toevoeging zijn. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad.

Erholung pur mit schöner Ferienwohnung

Der Urlaub in Santa Maria in der Ferienwohnung von Nicoletta Raveglia war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was von Nöten ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Nichte der Vermieterin spricht sowohl deutsch als auch Englisch sehr gut. Man hat im Garten einen schönen Sitzplatz und der Pool ist sehr sauber und angenehm zu verwenden. Großer Pool, nicht viel Los. Man teilt ihn sich mit zwei anderen Familien. Alles in allem sehr guter Urlaub, kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Santa Maria Rezzonico und Umgebung ist unserer Meinung nach auch das schönste Gebiet am Comersee.

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit schönem Garten. Nicoletta und ihre Nichte Sarah ( spricht sehr gut deutsch) sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

accueil chaleureux, appartement très propre, proximité route un peu gênante

Accueil et relations avec Nicoletta et Sarah excellents. La piscine est très agréable, et mieux que sur les photos! Appartement spacieux, correctement équipé, et de propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol, la proximité de la route qui parfois est un peu bruyante. Un grand merci à Nicoletta pour le prossecco et les excellentes tomates de son jardin

C'était l'endroit parfait pour passer nos vacances avec notre fille. L'endroit est calme, proche de menaggio, ville où l'on peut manger, se promener et pré dire le ferry pour visiter d'autres magnifiques endroits.... Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !
