For shared use: property 2 ha, large terraced garden. Barbecue. 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 700 m, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Bellano" 2 km, ferry "Varenna - Bellagio - Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Surf school 2.7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Orrido di Bellano, Chiesa di Santi Nazaro e Celso, Villa Monastero Varenna, Castello di Vezio Varenna. War eine super schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine haben wir mitgenommen.
Die umliegenden Städte Verena-Bellagio-Menagio sind gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß ca halben Stunde mit Autos paar Minuten. Chek2in war ok. Für zwei personen super
