Ideally located between Geneva and Evian, a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Geneva, we offer you in season our apartment Le Grand Nid, located within the Maison Alvéole, a building with remarkable hexagonal architecture, with a circular balcony facing East, South and West, and large bay windows overlooking a wooded garden.
An attic bedroom with two children's beds is on the upper floor, the two bedrooms with double beds are on the main floor, one to the east and the other to the west. The latter is called the "Aquarium room" with its two glass partitions and blackout curtains opening onto the living room.
Small spaces on a half-landing or on a mezzanine will allow each member of the family to meet up or isolate themselves to go about their business.
A smart TV is available on the mezzanine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a raclette grill.
There is a shower room and a separate toilet.
We provide bed linens, towels, and towels.
A washing machine is available in the apartment.
Parking is free for up to three vehicles in front of the house, within the property (please contact us for more vehicles).
On the balcony, chairs and a table allow you to make the most of your free time on sunny days, with direct access to the large garden.
You'll find a variety of restaurants (Savoyard, Asian, Italian, French, etc.) and tourist activities nearby (wildlife park, Museum of Prehistory, the medieval village of Yvoire and the town of Evian, the beaches of Sciez 3 minutes away and Excenevex 6 minutes away by car, etc.).
In the village: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, medical center. Supermarket 1 km away. The lake is a 3-minute drive (15-20 minute walk).
Bus stop for line 271 to Geneva and Thonon 30 meters away (Monday to Saturday).
Small spaces on split levels or mezzanines allow each family member to gather or find a quiet corner to pursue their own activities.
