The co-op is on the water and has access to a private pool.

New to the rental market this fabulous unit is available for July or August or both.

Great Location

Connie was an excellent communicator and her property was clean with updated amenities. We loved the private dock area for morning coffee or sipping wine watching the boats. Convenient location. Would return again!

Amazing hosts and lovely apartment

Nicole and Connie are the epitome of hospitality. Despite some day-of changes with our group's travel plans, Nicole remained easy to contact, kind, and understanding. The apartment itself is spotless and charming. Right on the water! Plus, the parking and check-in process were as easy as can be. Thank you, Nicole and Connie! Can't wait to come back.

Amazing condo!

Beautiful condo. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Montauk. Right on the marina, seconds from the center of town, and conveniently located so it was accessible to get anywhere. Nicole the host was very accommodating and answered right away with any questions I had about the property. Will definitely come back! 10/10
