Enjoy the peace and quiet of Montauk's gorgeous beaches without the noise and hassle of the summer crowds. Walk down the hill to the deeded access only Montauk Beach Property Owner's Association (MBPOA) beach path, or drive to the nearest gated lot (key and parking pass provided.)

The cottage is located approximately 50 yards from the main house residence, and we are always available on site for any questions, advice or recommendations during your stay - but far enough away for your complete privacy. As the guest house is part of our single family residence, we fully comply with the Town of East Hampton rental registry regulation, which does not require resident home owners to secure a registry number if the home is owner-occupied during a rental.
