River Info - If central Texas is experiencing a drought, the river level can be very low or dry. Good news is a very heavy rain storm can fill it up in one day. We are happy to answer any questions. It's a beautiful river valley.

The Lodge is one of two houses on the property and we RARELY offer it for rent by itself, hence the few reviews for this listing. The second home will be locked and vacant during your stay, so you have the property to yourself, including all the outdoor amenities.

The Blanco River Retreat Lodge is a renovated property situated on 6 riverfront, rolling acres nestled in the heart of the hill county between Wimberley and Blanco, Texas - within a 45 minute drive from most hill county destinations.

You will have private, easy access to 255 yards of the beautiful Blanco River - that's over 2 football fields long y'all.

Our Lodge is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, featuring three suites with private entrances, plenty of entertaining space, and a recreational/bunk room or aka downstairs suite. Each bedroom has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom. The downstairs suite has a queen bed, twin bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed with a premium mattress, smart TV/DVD with Direct TV, wet bar, mini fridge, full bathroom, and direct access to outside pool area.

The living and kitchen areas are large and open - great for business meetings or relaxing with friend or family. Living area has a half bath and big glass doors that open to the balcony where you have sweeping views of the Blanco River and valley.

The kitchen has been updated with all major appliances and fully stocked with dishes, silverware, bar ware and serve ware. It also has a ice maker in the island and a wine refrigerator.

The property also features a large, resort style swimming pool, an over-sized hot tub large enough to seat 10 people, and a fire pit. Pool is not heated.

The views are amazing and you'll have private access to the Blanco river.

NOTE: There are two security cameras on the property - one mounted near barnhouse door facing lodge and field and second mounted on lodge balcony facing pool field and parking lot.
