My apartment is in the commune of the Nettlé Bay. The Nettlé Bay Beach Club is a charming residential complex between sea and lagoon, 10 minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport, 5 minutes from the town centre of Marigot and its market and 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea (Baie Rouge, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Longue).

What makes this property unique

Renovated, quiet and peaceful and close to shops, restaurants, sports and water activities (water skiing, jet-ski, etc.), Nettlé Bay Beach Club is directly on the beach.
