Sitting pretty on the desirable Ocean Dr. in Silver Strand Beach, this 2300 Sq ft 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom beach escape makes It’s hard to miss those notoriously beautiful Southern California sunsets from anywhere in the house. There are unobstructed views of the Ocean and Channel Island, an open modern kitchen for you to entertain, and 2 story deck w/ocean views to BBQ, eat and get a tan. The beach is located just across Ocean Dr. Have a summer trip you and your family will never forget.

The space

Great space for a family gets together with over 2300 square feet of living space over three stories plus a 3rd and 4th story deck that have an amazing ocean, island, and mountain views. You won't have to worry about packing up the car to go to the beach just grab your towel and cross the street. Large groups will also love the openness of the home with a large dining room with open kitchen to spend time together and a huge rooftop deck to BBQ or lounge with the ocean as your backdrop. Play games by the fireplace or watch a movie while listening to the ocean at night. The magic of the beach and salt air will truly wash your worries away.

Other things to note

There are views and therefore lots of stairs. The two main living room areas located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Decks are on the 3rd and 4th floors. Think brownstone by the beach. The house just keeps going up and up!

There is a parking spot in the garage that can fit a minivan and one spot in the driveway. Large vehicles will have plenty of street parking and most street parking is 24 hours. This is a quiet beach town.

We offer a complimentary early check-in of 2 PM if possible. If you would like to check in earlier please book the night before. Our check in and check out time of 11 am is to ensure our cleaners have adequate time to get the house ready for the next guests.

Great 4th of July stay

Great property with superb location. Lots of space, bikes, beach gear, and other amenities provided. And very responsive host. We'd come back in a second!

fantastic property on a perfect spot steps from the beach

The place is fantastic, safe and tucked away in a nook. perfect for a quiet beach getaway unlike ventura , oxnard beaches are not crowded and it feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The only downside to this place is the lack of a good wifi router, we fixed this by buying a wifi router which made all the kids and the adults, some of whom were working able to actually join the calls - that is the only nit.
