Less than 1–2-minute walk to the beach, this custom 3 story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, SLEEPS 8-10 (8 in beds, 2 in sleeper-sofa).
Just steps from the sand and sea our 3/bdrm 2/bthrm home SLEEPS 8 in beds, plus 2 in sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped for convenient meal preparation. A well-equipped garage comes with all the toys & essentials you’d need for the beach.
If you have it at home, it's probably here, too.

The location to the beach was wonderful. As well as all the amenities! This place had everything you could want for an awesome beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend this home and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The stay was wonderful. So many toys to take to the beach and tons of bikes too!! Lots of toys. It was great being so close to the beach. The house was really spacious and had everything we needed and was close to everything. The host was very prompt with all the information and even let us check in early when the house was ready. Thank you Debra our family had a nice reunion.
The cousins were sad to leave, saying goodbye on the front porch.

Our group came out to visit family and had a wonderful stay! Debbie was so great to communicate with and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Awesome location and perfect house

We booked the property for a marathon we were running nearby. It had the right amount of really comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked so we could have family dinners and the easy 2 min walk to the beach was fantastic.

My husband instantly fell in love with this beach many years ago when he bought this house. Having lived and worked in other beach communities, the small town feel and sense of community is second to none here in the Silver Strand Beach of Oxnard. Having the home as a vacation rental allows me and my family to still enjoy this wonderful beach along with being able to share it with others.

This home offers everything that you would want a home to have. A homey feeling and and the necessities you expect when your away from home.

What makes this property unique

The unique layout of the home offers individuals to be together...but not 'together' all the time. There is plenty of space for everyone. Exterior security cameras for piece of mind.
