Beachfront furnished home located in the desirable Silverstrand Beach community.
This 2 bedroom plus 2 bathroom is mid-beach location and offers a great spacious patio/courtyard to soak up the sun and relax. The home features unique tile in every room, beautiful light fixtures, and original wood burning fire place in living room.
Kitchen features unique tile, white built in cabinetry, and access to the side yard.
The living space offers a sleeper sofa, leather club chairs, reading chair, television and French doors leading out to your nicely appointed courtyard area. Living space opens up to the dining room which features a large wooden dining table. Off from the dining room is the guest bathroom .
The main bedroom offers a nice king size bed, reading chair, television and private entrance that opens up to your private courtyard and sand! The bathroom features a large soaking tub.
The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, beautiful armoire and television.
Garage has two beach cruisers to use at your leisure, boogie boards, sand toys and four beach chairs!
