Guests love the huge fenced backyard with a fire pit, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Inside, it’s vintage beach vibes with all the modern comforts — a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, and pet-friendly touches. Come see why this little shack holds a big place in our hearts.

Terrific location to the beach and overall a perfect property for a “get away from it all”. Very nice back area with a fire pit, grill and BBQ. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Cozy Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly situated to enjoy Oxnard’s stunning beaches and harbor, and a reasonable drive to all of the other towns we explored (Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara). The house was perfect for the 3 of us, had plenty of space on the back patio and was very cozy. Definitely would stay here again!

Oh My Word!!! It is the most adorable place. From the moment we walked in to the rooms, the kitchen, the wow bathroom the outdoor patio. And within walking distance of the beach. The bedrooms were super comfortable & spacious. The decor very tasteful.the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the best time there. We were able to use the beach chairs while there, as well as the washer & dryer. We are already planning our next trip there. Wonderful, wonderful cozy place.

A little hiccup but all worked out in the end!

On our 3rd day we noticed there was a bubble of water in the ceiling caused by a lot of rain that happened a few days prior. One quick call to the property manager got us a construction crew to fix the situation. Because they preferred that we not be in the house during the "fix", they relocated us to another property, and allowed us to stay an extra few days without additional cost. It was a little hassle, but we were well taken care of. This property comes fully equipped! Even for your 4 legged friends!
