An ideal spot for vacation Ventura; visit Ojai or Santa Barbara nearby or just enjoy the beautiful beach, Take an excursion to the Channel Islands National Park; Main St shops... beach is a short walk away! Wonderfully located in peaceful neighborhood.
Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage, and a short walk to the beach! There are several bikes for guest use w/ helmets and bike lock. Large outdoor space with BBQ GAS grill and firepit. Wi-Fi, SMART TV w/ DVR, DVD Player, a ton of movies to enjoy! The entire home is for guests use.... includes 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Full kitchen/dining room, living room, laundry, 2 car garage, huge back deck, bikes for guest use, and more!

Quiet and peaceful. People walking their dogs and jogging to the beach. It is quiet and friendly people. Gorgeous walk to the beach.

The home is cozy and has ALL you need to enjoy your stay. Washer and Dryer, toys, beach chairs and sand toys for kids! High Chair, pack and play, baby gates-Great for families!
No parties or events...Please be considerate of the neighbors and follow house rules. Use common sense and be respectful. We have a pack n play, high chair and some baby gates too.

Our family love's Oxnard's beaches! I grew up here and love running on the beach in the mornings with our dogs. I absolutely LOVE providing memorable experiences for others to enjoy this beautiful Channel Islands area. This is our 2nd home and we cherish it; We are always adding special touches to the home and we come out to enjoy and vacation ourselves with family at least 2-3X a year!
Why they chose this property
Oxnard is an ideal location due to its close proximity to Los Angeles' attractions to the south and Santa Barbara's offerings to the north. There is something here for everyone! This is where I grew up, so it has a lot of family history and is very special to us as our 2nd home.
What makes this property unique
This home is unique, due to the location, and the privacy. WE back to an open space of Sand Dunes so there are no neighbors backing to our home...The Channel Islands offers uncrowded beaches galore! Visitors can dine at local fresh fish markets, explore antique stores, and shop at local farmers' markets. Santa Barbara is a scenic 25-mile drive north and Los Angeles is a 1-hour drive south.
