On the Sand - Silverstrand Beach

On Silverstrand Beach, refurbished apartment, with fireplace and queen bed in the bedroom on the sand. Full bath, kitchenette, sitting room w/sofa bed for 1 child or 1 adult, and a baby under 2 at no extra charge.
Our Dryer has a Steam Setting and Sanitize Cycle for all Bed Linens and Towels. Great Beach for boogy boarding or a moonlit walk. Views of the Channel Islands most days. Hear the waves crash as they put you to sleep in the evening.
SORRY NO PETS OR SPECIAL EVENT (Parties, Weddings, etc.) HOSTINGS. Please don't ask. There is no room, nor parking available for these activities.
We are close to many good restaurants, antique stores, Buenaventura Mission, Channel Islands National Park, Kayak and Electric Boat rentals in Ventura.
To the South, 20 minutes from Mugu Rock and the Sand Hill. 25 Minutes to the Camarillo Premium Outlets which is one of the largest centers in the US with 160 Stores.
Completely separate apartment with shared access to laundry in garage. One parking space available in driveway Closest to Entry Walkway.
Boogie Boards and Singles Bicycles available for use.
SORRY NO Bookings for More Than 7 Nights. We use This Primarily for Friends and Family.

Amazing beach front stay on Hollywood Beach

The place was absolutely amazing! Richard was a terrific host, gave us excellent check-in/checkout directions, and kept the place spotless! We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets, and excellent dining at nearby restaurants.

Wonderful!!

This place is a fantastic home base to visit Channel Islands National Park. You are right on a peaceful beach and the house is so clean and well appointed. We didn’t want to leave! Wish we had more time to explore the area. You won’t regret booking this place.

Everything was good , love the fact you can walk right into the beach . The only downfall was the fact that there are people upstairs and we could hear every time they talked , coughed or walked around .

VERY SORRY about the noise. I wish you would have told us before as we could have gone to another room as we hadn't heard this before. Unfortunately both my wife and I were both dealing with bronchitis an unfortunate aftermath of the flu, and the tile floors do transmit sound much more than carpet.

The perfect getaway spot!

This property is amazing...from the comfort of it to the view of the beach and ocean! It truly was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at, way above any expectations we had. The shower is awesome...the bed was so comfy...the owners were so helpful with ideas of places to stop and see on our drive over...We highly recommend this place! I hope we venture to Oxnard again in the future so we can stay there again!

Wonderful location

We love this little place on the sand. It was just a 3 minute walk across the sand to reach the water. The beach seldom had more than 5 people at it and the solitude was perfect. We definitely want to come back.

Great place for a great get away for my husbands Birthday! The host went above and beyond surprising us with Happy Birthday hats throughout. LOVED playing checkers by the fire while hearing the waves crash. Place has everything and more! Love the detailed instructions LOVE the eating out places etc...We had black bear diner and SEA Fresh and highly recommend both!

Beautiful Beach Stay

Richard's place is awesome. It's everything you need and want for a peaceful time on the beach. There are eating establishments and a small local grocery store all within walking distance. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. The apartment was impeccable. Everything you need for your stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

Awsome beach home

Very nice clean beach house. Just right for two or three people. It's beach front, just step out the back door and you are in the sand. The house is stocked with everything you need. We had a great time.
