My family and I have stayed here at this beautiful home at least once a year. We have enjoyed so many memories here. The house is down the street from the beach and has plenty of beach towels and toys for the kids including boogie boards. Always clean and organized. Quick and easy communication from owner.

Cleanliness not as expected, furnishings seem tired. Although not the host's problem, but some neighbor's properties look ghetto. Great location, short walk to Silver Strand beach. Host was very responsive.

Perfect beach house. It has all the things that are necessary for beach trip - comfortable beds and pillows. Outdoor shower with hot water, excellent water pressure in the regular indoor showers. Unlimited hot water. Four bedrooms is great. Very nice front yard with shade.Nothing fancy, but a perfect beach house.

Missing screen door on back right bedroom. Unclean. Cob webs built up crude dust on fixtures, used bath bar left in master, no trash bag in master bath, patio unswept, overall upkeep lacking along with missing towel bar in master. Wondering if beds had been changed or duvet covers are changed. No cushions on back patio furniture. Overall dirty. Surfaced cleaned only. Having stayed there a few times I feel like it's not as well kept as previously.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and roomy beach cottage. It was perfect for exploring the Channel Islands and for viewing a lovely Easter sunset on the beach (less than a block away). Mark was great! He quickly answered questions by text and resolved in person the one unexpected issue we had during our stay. If we visit the area in the future, we would certainly consider staying again!

Steps to the beach, plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood. The little enclosed front yard was perfect for our pug! Very affordable so would definitely stay again. Parking was the only issue, would recommend car pooling to the extent you can although there were 2 spots for the house.

We arrived very clean and great location just a short walk to Silver Strands. We went to the beach in the morning early then back for HH on the beach ! We would like to visit again and stay longer!

25th Wedding Anniversary Getaway

We loved our stay! It was just the right amount of room for our family, great walking distance to Silver Strand Beach and our dogs enjoyed the yard!!! We definitely will return! Lastly, our host was friendly and easy to reach during our stay!!

Quiet Beach House

Nice and quiet house walking distance from a quiet beach. Comfortably slept 8, kitchen was well stocked. Convenient for our trip out to Santa Cruz Island and close to Ventura.
