Barely 100 m to cover in order to be enchanted both by the blue of the ocean and the rhythm of the tides. Fans of shore fishing will be delighted ... You will discover the magnificent beaches of Les Sableaux, sheltered from westerly winds.
The house is on the border of the Mullenbourg nature reserve, a preserved place where you will be woken up by the songs of birds.
On foot, it will take you 15 minutes through the enchanting marshes to reach the center of Noirmoutier on the island, and by bicycle allow less than 5 minutes.
The house was completely renovated in 2018 and benefits from all the attentions so that you can spend an unforgettable stay.
