Perfect for a romantic getaway! Imagine dipping your feet into the cool clear creek, then hike down that creek to a little waterfall. Roast marshmallows at the fire-pit, or soak in the hot tub. Creekside Serenity is a heavily wooded, deeply shaded, rustic, 1.88 acre property and is secluded. It is a 1 king bedroom, one bath cabin, one story pet friendly cabin (no pet fees) with fenced yard, screened porch, with firepit, propane log fireplace and wireless internet.

Helpful Travel Tip
This cabin is accessed by private mountain roads that aren’t county-maintained. For the smoothest arrival, and for preservation of the roadway, the Road Committee recommends 4-Wheel Drive, with All-Wheel Drive as a minimum.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. Awesome cabin for a nice getaway!! Nice king size bed, wi-fi, tv in bedroom and living room. Beautiful deck setup with screened in porch. Hot tub well maintained and delightful! Lots of wildlife, we saw a bobcat cross the road! Next time we visit, we'll rent a car with 4 wheel drive, the road is gravel which is fine (unless it rains which can make it complicated.) Just what I needed

The cabin is perfect, just far away from town to see the stars and not hear the noises of the city, but close enough to go stroll around downtown or grab some groceries the creek is peaceful, running right behind the cabin. We will definitely stay here again. Both my wife and dog loved it!

We loved the steady sound of the babbling brook outside. Everything was in good working order and easy to find. The swings and screened in porch were so nice for a quiet reading session. The only downside was that there appeared to be some water damage around the roof some time ago. My wife noticed a musty odor right away that never seemed to diminish.

AWESOME Cabin and Location

Thank you for allowing us to experience wonderful a few days at your cabin having the creek right there was amazing for the dogs. We all enjoyed the campfire and hiking around… We did all our cooking in the kitchen and everything was there that we needed… The only thing lacking was some salt and pepper… Lol, we enjoyed the hot tub each evening and the bed was very comfortable. Also just a wonderful stay and we do appreciate everything of how you keep it so clean and tidy. Great things to do in the area, waterfall hike, and a fun town with great breweries and shops.

October 2017 Stay

My husband and I took our German Shepherd to Creekside Serenity for a little getaway. We had an amazing time. The cabin was cute, comfortable and well equipped. We spent our days exploring the woods and relaxing by the creek. It was very secluded, peaceful and pet friendly. Would definitely visit again. The only con was that the road was very washed out and we had a hard time getting out. Next time we will take the 4x4!

Cabin in the Georgia Mountains

Jackie and I and our Bernese Mountain Dog enjoyed our four night stay in the mountains outside Ellijay. Our cabin was quaint, rustic, and well equipped...just as described in the listing. Tranquil and serene are appropriate adjectives used in describing the property. While the cabin was very nice, getting to it was not. Once leaving the paved road, the unpaved road leading to the cabin extremely bumpy, the result of ruts and pot holes. It was very challeging in our Honda
