Spacious house, composed of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, two bedrooms. Spacious garden and terrace with pergola. You will find sun baths and a picnic table to enjoy the garden. The beach is 300 meters away by a natural path. The street is dead-end so calm. Place to park the car. The path of customs is nearby and leads you to Pornic. At low sea, you can walk to La Bernerie by the beach !!!
