This 150 m² duplex apartment accommodates 8 people. It has several terraces and a rooftop pool with a wooden deck, as well as tables and chairs for outdoor dining. You can use the sun loungers to sunbathe after a swim and relax. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
This exclusive duplex combines spaciousness, natural light, and a design focused on comfort. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and access to several terraces and balconies.
Located on Sitges’ main street, the city’s hub, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cafés, and most importantly, the beach just steps away.

Conveniently located, plenty of room, and little pool was a big Plus!!

Apartment wasn’t quite as nice as it looks in the photos, but still worked well for us. We loved the little pool and rooftop terrace in the evening. Only negative was that it did not include beach towels (or dish towels) and there was no indication in the information received that we would need to provide them. Laia was helpful in getting us a second set of keys, which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place.

Dear Michelle, Thank you for your review. We always provide the apartments with bed linen and 2 towels for each guest (hands and shower) and a toilet paper basket (aprox 6 uds). If you need more towels or sheets, we bring them nicely in a short time. We appreciate your comments. Best regards.

LOCATION * LOCATION * LOCATION!

A fabulous location, but small unit found up three flights of stairs (and some of the bedrooms were another flight up!). There is a washer, but no dryer which was problematic for us. The rooftop pool was freezing and uninviting (really, its an over large bathtub). The worst were the towels which felt like sandpaper and the stained, although washed, sheets on the bed. I was disappointed in the unit.... but, the location was outstanding!

Dear Jodi, Thank you for your review. As described on this website, our house is duplex type with terrace and pool on the roof, so obviously you have to climb stairs to access them. The pool is not a hot tub, it provides fresh water at room temperature to cool off the hottest days. The house is equipped with dishwasher, pyrolytic electric oven, microwave, toaster, induction cooker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine, as well as a drying rack to dry clothes, which on a sunny day can be dry in a couple of hours. If you need more towels or sheets, we bring them nicely in a short time. We appreciate your comments. Best regards.
