About this property

Enjoy our cozy studio guesthouse, privately nestled under our arching backyard Pecan tree. Located in a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood of Mountainview. We are only a short 15 min drive from the Silo District, Baylor, Cameron Park, Convention Center and Downtown Waco. Groceries, Starbucks and Target are only 5 mins away. ExtraCo Events Center, Magnolia's Little Shop on Bosque, Ridgewood Country Club, Midway Park (lake access and hiking) and Lion's Park are also all within a 5 min drive! We are also licensed by Waco (License STR000858-07-2019).

We hope you find our resting place cozy with the comforts of home. Watch a movie from your own login on our Roku TV (automatic log-out) while in your PJs in bed. Play your favorite music via bluetooth on our sound bar. Browse your laptop and sip your coffee at the dining table/sitting area. We'll have plenty of towels and extra toiletries in case you forget anything. Hang your dresses or suits in the closet and steam any wrinkles out with our hand held steamer. Toaster oven, hot plate and microwave available to pop some popcorn or make eggs in the morning. Keurig 2.0 ready for your morning coffee or evening tea. Stay cool day and night with the window A/C unit. Comfortable queen bed with soft bedding and plump pillows for a good night's sleep. Wake up ready and prepared for what lies ahead!

Guests are welcome to utilize the backyard but please keep noise minimal after 9:00pm out of respect for our family and neighbors.

To provide safety for your vehicle and to keep the street clear from parked traffic, we ask that all guests park their vehicle on driveway. More details will be sent to guest upon booking. We also ask there be no smoking or vaping inside the guesthouse. A designated spot outside will be advised.

Perfect location

Location was perfect for all things Magnolia! Host was available and responsive to questions during our stay. And the guest house was absolutely adorable!!! We will definitely be back!

Magnolia Getaway

The property was perfect for my husband and I. Close to all things Magnolia and other fun shopping spots. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you will need for a short stay.

Fabulous cozy little house!!

We enjoyed our girls trip to Waco and this little cottage completed it. Owner was fabulous with communication. The cottage was clean. Exactly what you see in the pictures. We will definitely be back.
