Las Palomas is the most sought after, ONLY 4 Diamond beach and golf resort in Rocky point with Negative edge pools, Lazy rivers, Water slides, Jacuzzis, and a Champion golf course. This one-bedroom condo is in the newer and most desirable stack, phase 2. Phase 2 condos are roomier, has many upgrades and features like travertine and marble throughout. With its impressive 1140 square feet, this unit is one of the largest one-bedroom condo in all of Las Palomas. It sleeps 5 people comfortably with a King bed in the primary, a brand new Queen premiere 8” thick memory foam pullout sofa bed and a Queen custom made Murphy bed.
Las Palomas is located on Sandy beach and only 10 minutes from old port for some shopping and awesome restaurants. While at Las Palomas, you can enjoy the ultimate beach lifestyle. Once your checked in, you are greeted with amazing ocean views and luxury pools in both phases. Spend your day at one of the 20 pools, 8 Jacuzzis, 2 floating rivers, heated negative edge swim up bar pools or relax in one of the many hammocks. We have pool side lounge chairs throughout the decks and along the beach under palapas. The pool side restaurant and bar staff will take care of you no matter where you decide to relax. Play a round of golf at the amazing 18-hole championship coarse located right on the property. But please be sure to take sunset walks along this gorgeous beach.

This property is fabulous. It has high-end features and is very well maintained. It looks great in the pictures and even better in person. The touch lamps by the master bed are a great convenience, too. It has been freshly painted and even has a wash basin in the laundry room. The Murphy bed is super comfortable and spacious. The owner is quick to respond and very kind. I highly recommend this property.

Great weekends getaway for family

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. It was nice to come in the off-season because the resort was quite and not busy. They had a few pools heated so we could still enjoy them even in the winter. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed.
