This was the perfect place for my family to spend a week. There were 7 of us and everything was just as the pictures showed. We spent lots of time on the patio and the location was perfect for everything else in the resort. We enjoyed the different pools and the towel exchange program was really a bonus. If you’re looking for a great vacation place to enjoy Maui this is it.

We had a truly wondeful week and would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! It was exactly as described, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, and a great location close to the pools & beach, and the outdoor living area was perfect for watching our kids run around on the big grass field. The kid-friendly item like pack & plays, booster seats, boogie boards... were especially appreciated and made traveling with children so much easier.The host was responsive with great communication throughout our stay. Our large family was so comfortable in this spacious home and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Awesome place to stay!!

This is a great location that is quiet but close to the pool and beach. Great for families as we have three boys under the age of 10. We will use this place again for our next stay in Maui.

Excellent Week in Maui

Our extended family met for a week in Hawaii and loved our time at this Villa. Great communication and the place was perfect for our family. Would certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to West Maui.

Great property perfectly situated for a young family

Fantastic unit located in perfect proximity to the pools and the beach - perfect for a large family. We ended up with some intermittent bad weather and loved being able to have the space to lounge, cook and relax. The owner and property manager were very responsive too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Villa

My adult family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful home for a week. It was not only in a great location, but the home itself was clean, complete with all necessities a family could need and more importantly, the property manager was extremely attentive to our concerns and ensured they were addressed in a timely manner. We definitely will be returning.

Perfect upscale accommodations

We loved the modern laid back decor in this beautiful Luana and the two master suites and third bed/bath worked perfectly for our family. The location was very convenient to the beach and also a great home base for day trips. So nice to have a beautiful kitchen and lanai for cooking and eating. We also appreciated the beach and snorkel gear. The on-site manager was very responsive.

Wonderful Maui rental

Outstanding property and perfect location. Clearly when these units were built it was of high quality and it has been maintained as such. Very clean and nicely furnished. I highly recommend this unit and Brandon was great on communications and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to rent the unit again.

This was a last minute trip, so not many properties remained, but the pictures and description looked nice, and the price, while high relative to a typical trip to Maui, seemed reasonable given the Spring Break timing and last minute booking. However, the property had many issues that should be reviewed/fixed before renting again, including inoperable ice machine, coffee maker, broken screen door, what appeared to be a fair amount of mold near the bathroom exhaust, bedding that was dirty/stained, foam bed connection (to make two twins into one king) was subpar at best, pillows need replacing, carpets need to be cleaned, no garage access (no entry code for our stay), basically just felt like it had not been attended to by a professional company. No connection to the hotel next door to try and solve any of these issues. Would not return to this unit for our family.

We do want future guests to know that we have an on-island contact available to promptly address any issues during a stay. Unfortunately, we were not notified of these concerns at the time, and most could have been quickly resolved had we been contacted. Since this stay, we’ve taken steps to address several of the items mentioned. The property did experience an unexpected flood during heavy rains shortly before your arrival, and we are currently working with the association to complete carpet replacement as quickly as possible. The screen door is also in the process of being repaired, though this is a known challenge across many units in the area due to part availability. Regarding access, the main entry code was active and successfully used for check-in. Garage access is available upon request, and we’re always happy to provide that information when needed. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously and are reviewing your comments carefully with our team to ensure everything is up to our usual standards. We truly wish we had the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay. My adult daughter said, “This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed!”

Impeccably beautiful home. All one level, so spacious, bright and well appointed. Easy walk to pools and beach. Washer/dryer much appreciated. Large lanai, room for all. Beach chairs etc made time at the beach easy. (We opted not to have property manager stop by to show us a few things. Would recommend you have him visit when you arrive (to demonstrate things like TV, cooktop…) Such an easy welcome vacation.

Can hardly wait to return

This condo is at a great location, within the resort. It's quiet, yet close to everything. The floor plan was well thought out, and to top it off...the decor was beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped. We spent most of our time, when at the condo, out on the lanai. Spacious, good BBQ, nice size beverage refrigerator, table to eat at, lounging furniture, outdoor ceiling fan, retractible sun shade A bonus was the outdoor storage area...where beach items (theirs and ours) was kept. It kept the lanai from getting cluttered, and kept sand out of the condo.

Maui first timers

We traveled with another family who recommended this resort and has stayed a few times. We followed their lead and were so impressed with the island, the location and the comfort of the villas. The location was amazing especially with teens. The villa was perfect.. the property manager had a bag of ice waiting for our use since the ice maker wasn’t working. The villa has plenty of space to accommodate plenty for entertaining and relaxing. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably… the owner is very helpful and takes great pride in his rentals. We hope to return very soon and would rent this property again.

For anyone reading this review. The living area AC has been fixed as well as the toilets that did not work during her stay. Both were unexpected issues. I tried everything I could to resolve including immediately contacting repair companies and bringing in a portable AC unit. The bedroom AC units which were working, we added added fresh coolant, and boosted the power on them and set the living room to circulate to try to provide some additional comfort. Unfortunately, being on an island, repair parts were not immediately available and had to be ordered from the mainland. I attempted to make it right with Barbara and provided a partial refund to her at the end of the stay. This is the first time in 3+ years renting that these have failed. We have ordered replacement parts for the future now that we are aware they are not stocked on island.

This was our first visit to Hawaii. The location of the property is excellent and one of its biggest strengths. It is just a short walk to the beach, the resort amenities, food trucks and Duke’s, which made everything very convenient.Unfortunately, there were a few minor maintenance items that need attention. We noticed a chipped section of flooring in front of the kitchen island. The bathroom door in the second MB frequently stuck and was difficult to open. In the first MB, near the living room, the bathroom door screws repeatedly came loose. The main maintenance issue was that the air conditioning did not work for an entire day during our stay. But Monty responded quickly and had it repaired.We also noticed cleanliness of the property could be improved. After arriving, we wiped down several surfaces and found a noticeable amount of dirt. The air vents near the front door, as well as the baseboards, were quite dusty. We also found hair in the bathrooms from previous guests. The indoor furniture has several stains, and the patio furniture was dirty and covered with bird poop. For an excellent customer experience, we highly suggest a thorough deep cleaning, especially of the bathrooms, furniture, vents, and baseboards, along with minor touch-up painting and repairs. We also suggest that each bathroom is stocked with adequate toilet paper and hand soap for the number of guests booked. Overall, this is a nice property in a great resort and we enjoyed our stay.
