Situation: on the outskirts of the town. It is in a high area that gives great views of the rest of the town, the countryside and the Sierra Nevada.
Access by car to the house and parking area.
About 100 meters there is a small sports center and a park. It's a very quite zone.

Type of construction: newly built house but containing several rustic elements typical of this region.
Rooms: two floors: on the ground floor there is a living / dining room, a kitchen, a toilet, and a patio with barbecue. On the top floor: two double bedrooms and a double bedroom. A full bathroom and a terrace.

Entorno ideal

Tanto la casa como el dueño Roque son una pasada. La gente del pueblo son super amables. .La casa es muy acogedora y a pesar de que hacia mucho frio fuera se podía calentar bastante bien. Viva la chimenea! El entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo pero con buen acceso a la autopista. A Granada se llega en 15 minutos. Volveremos.
