Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place kitchen linens, pillowcases and bath foot towels in washing machine and begin quick cycle.
• Make sure trash bins are properly secured to house with rope provided.
• Thoroughly clean grill, if used.
• If bed was not used, please leave as is.
• Close all windows (including sunroom).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A peaceful neighborhood setting away from the hustle and bustle, but only minutes away from restaurants and shops. With 4 bedrooms, the house is great to share with another family or your extended family. The loft provides a play area for the children and underneath the house provides endless opportunities for outdoor games and fun if the weather isn’t perfect. Relax in the sunroom in the summer with the windows open to feel the warm breeze or keep them closed in cooler weather while you enjoy the sun’s gorgeous rays. The upper deck will bring you breathtaking views of the ocean while you dine al fresco. The year-round hot tub makes Sugaree even sweeter! Come see for yourself.
