Our renovated Century Home is on a lovely quiet tree lined street in Markdale.
The two bedroom house consists of a living room, family/ tv/ reading room, dining room and kitchen.
The large contemporary kitchen is the hub of our home.
Our home would be ideal for a family with two small children.
Our Home:
Has two bedrooms, one and half baths.
Electrical and plumping are both new.
Heating is high efficiency natural gas forced air furnace with electric radiant heat in the bathroom tile floor.
A natural gas on demand hot water heater supplies all of the hot water.
Stainless appliances in the kitchen, gas range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Full compliment of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
Stacking full size washer and dryer.
TV with high speed internet included.
Lockable ski storage area.
Private driveway parking for up to three cars.
An abundant supply of books and games for all ages.
