Acropolis, spacious apartment under the Parthenon

A charming, three-room apartment, very spacious, tastefully furnished, overlooking backyard intimate and wooded, absolutely quiet, close to the Acropolis and its museum, the Odeon Herod Atticus, Plaka and the Theseion.
A newly renovated apartment of 78 m², on the ground floor with secure entrance door, exclusively used for short term rentals. It has two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a large dining table and a TV.
Each room can accommodate two guests.
The master bedroom has a queen size double bed with anatomical frame and top of the line mattresses for every comfort, as well as access to the courtyard.
The second bright bedroom which has a desk, can easily serve as a bedroom with a sofa easily convertible into two bunk beds, the joy of children. Both bedrooms have a very generous storage capacity
The colorful, minimalist living room can sleep up to three people: a sofa that converts into a queen-sized retractable bed with a high-quality anatomical frame and mattress and a single sofa bed. In addition, a baby-Bjorn bed and baby chair are available immediately upon request.
The bathroom is equipped with a height-adjustable shower, as well as a professional hair dryer. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a kitchen table that seats four.
Almost every piece of furniture has been meticulously selected to create a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. The courtyard with a small urban garden, has a table and four retro chairs, protected by a tent that can take meals outside, in the privacy and the greatest calm
 The very central district, preserved, with a vast history, calm streets around, with its many neoclassical private houses where one can walk without worry of security, very alive however. In immediate proximity a supermarket, two of the best bakeries in Athens, pharmacies, a police station and pretty little cafes and bars. A few minutes walk from the Acropolis Hill, the Herod Atticus Theater, the amazing Acropolis Museum, Plaka, Thesion and the Philoppapou Hill which houses the famous Pnix and the Acropolis metro station. the bus stops, offer beautiful walks that should not be missed.
Very easy access by metro, bus or taxi. The nearest metro station is the Acropolis Metro 350 meters away. If you come by car, you can find either free parking in the vicinity or pay at 250 meters.
I would like to meet as many guests as possible, but my professional commitments do not allow me to do so as often as I wish. My co-receptionist, Stamatia, will be there for you and as a neighborhood resident, she will be happy to give you more information and recommendations.
