About this property

The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The second BR comes equipped with a queen size bed, private bath, and flat screen TV.

Sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep 2.

This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You never have to leave the condo with a washer and dryer at your disposal. Also, high speed wireless internet is available, free of charge.

Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

:Property features three pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars and snack bar, a gazebo by the tiki bar, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Grand Panama Resort Unit 704

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is terrific. The interior could use some painting. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker. However, the unit and Grand Panama Resort facilities are very good.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Had a great time. The property was excellent quality for the price. Hosted Thanksgiving dinner with some family and everyone had a great time. The view from the balcony is unbeatable.

Honeymoon Fail

Our rental was unexpected. Me and my husband were heading to our honeymoon and our passports were not correct. We were left at thr airport with no where to go. I booked our stay and spoke to the manager amd explained our situation. He was kind and understanding amd helped us get checked in early because we were literally standing in the parking lot with our bags and no where to go. We were able to have a wonderful honeymoon in a beatuiful location. Thank you

Stayed in this condo once, but needs attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to sweep floors when we arrived but the bathrooms were clean. The condition of appliances were in bad shape (Refrigerator rubber seal on door was half off and rust in microwave), the dryer door was held on with duct tape.Furniture had loose screws(Big chair on patio,no screws on rt.side),handles came off in bdrm. nightstand.Seems as no one cared about the condition of this condo. For the amount paid, you shouldn't need to have these problems. We have stayed on this property for years and enjoyed it.
