Perched among the vineyards, in the heart of the Roanne Coast and the Monts de la Madeleine, the medieval village of Ambierle is labeled "village of character" and "Village of the book". It will delight both lovers of heritage, nature, those of the land or gastronomy, whether large or small.
All services and points of interest of the village are within walking distance, within a radius of 200m around the house.

Ambierle is located 20 minutes from Roanne, 1 hour from Vichy, 1h15 from Lyon, Saint Etienne and Clermont-Ferrand via the A89 / A72. Access via the N7 (5 min) and / or the A89 / A72 (30 min).

1st floor of 60 m²:
- Living room of 30 m² kitchen / living room with fridge and small freezer compartment, gas stove (4 burners and oven), microwave, table and chairs, sofa
- Bedroom (zen) with double bed and large wall cupboard
- Small lounge with 2 armchairs, TV and desk
- 1 bathroom with sink and shower
- 1 independent WC.

2nd floor of 60 m² under roof:
- Bedroom (pine) of 30 m² with 2 single beds, 1 baby bed, 1 dresser, 1 clothes rack and 1 relaxation area with sofa (lower part of the room to cross to reach the 2nd bedroom),
- Room (wengé) of 30 m² with 1 double bed, 2 dressers, 1 carrying and 1 relaxation area with sofa.

Ground floor of 30 m²: boiler room, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and 2nd extra fridge, garage for bicycles or motorcycles.
Several free parking spaces in front of the house.
No land or balcony.

Equipment / conditions
An unlimited internet subscription (box) is entirely dedicated to housing.
Sheets, towels, tea towels, household products provided.
Basic necessities made available.
Baby equipment installed on request: wooden bed with turbulette or duvet, wooden high chair, wooden park, bath ring, bathtub, pot, booster toilet, safety gate for the stairs, dishes.
Rental all charges included (water, electricity, heating).
Housekeeping (floor washing, bathroom, kitchen) is included. But the housing must be made vacuumed / swept with the dishes made and the bins emptied. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 25 € will be applied.
Tourist tax in addition (0,40 € per adult per night).
