About this property

House with exceptional sea view, garden and terrace with jacuzzi

Contemporary house, exceptional and unique view of the sea and the islands of Port Blanc, as well as the 7 islands off Perros Guirec.

Located near the small port of Bugueles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket.

Our house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi.

Exceptional sea view of all living rooms including 3 bedrooms.

3 terraces including a very spacious but not yet landscaped garden (plantations will be carried out from spring 2019).

Our animal freinds are not admitted.

Residential area very quiet. Many beaches, hiking trails, a sailing school, a few bars and restaurants nearby. Landscapes of all beauty

A modern, clean, tastefully designed, and well-equipped dream house? Check! The most breathtaking view of the stunning landscape and sea you could imagine? Check! A heated whirlpool to relax in and soak up the scenery, even on chilly days? Check! Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms? Check! A peaceful and quiet neighborhood? Check! And last but certainly not least: a friendly, generous, and responsive host? Check! What's not to love? Having to leave again one day.

Quelle maison et surtout quelle vue!!!Des vacances en famille dans une maison très agréable, décorée avec goût, très fonctionnelle et où on se sent comme à la maison. La région est également pleine de charme, même si la voiture est indispensable pour en profiter pleinement, surtout avec des jeunes enfants.Merci à Nicolas pour sa réactivité et ses conseils avisés. Tolles Ferienhaus mit mega Ausblick

Wir haben Bugueles bewußt als Aufenthaltsort gewählt, obwohl die Anfahrt z.B. zu Metzger und Viviers länger ist. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben voll ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine normale Filter-Kaffeemaschine. Einziges Manko waren die Pfannen (Boden ungerade oder Teflon beschädigt), so dass wir froh waren, eigene dabei zu haben (da wir immer kochen). Und die Radiatoren, die in keinem der Schlafz/Badezimmer funktionierten - evntl. deshalb keine Empfehlung für kalte Monate. Es gab keine Kissen für die Esszimmerstühle oder Terrassenstühle, aber wir hatten vorsorglich welche dabei. Alles war super sauber. Den Hot Pot haben wir jeden Tag genossen! Die Kommunikation mit Nicolas und seinen Eltern war super schnell und zuvorkommend. wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Magnifique vue sur la mer et les iles

Maison contemporaine parfaitement équipée et idéalement située pour faire des visites ( Plougrescant, Paimpol, île de Bréhat, Tréguier, Perros-Guirec, Trébeurden), plage à pied. Wundervolle Tage in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen port blanc. Diesen Blick kann man wegen der großen Fenster auch von Innen genießen. Im Haus gibt es sehr viele, witzige Details wie zum Beispiel das Netz im ersten Stock. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Whrilpool. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine kleine Überraschung im Kühlschrank. Insgesamt traumhaft und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Unschlagbare Lage

Sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, klasse Lage und Aussicht, sehr ruhig. Es war sehr schade, dass der Kamin an kühlen Abende nicht benutzt werden durfte (worauf wir uns sehr gefreut hatten!). Auch die vielen mahnenden Anweisungen zur Vorsicht im Haus erinnerten an einem Museum.

Schmuckstück in der Bretagne

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Bretagne verbracht. Dazu hat vor allem beigetragen, dass wir uns alle in dem Ferienhaus sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch! Ob Ebbe oder Flut, ob Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang, ob Sonnenschein oder Regenguss, der Blick ist stets abwechslungsreich und atemberaubend! Das Haus an sich ist mit Liebe zum Detail umgebaut, sehr stylisch, modern und hell. Nicolas, herzlichen Glückwunsch zu diesem Schmuckstück! Für uns sehr angenehm war auch die ausreichende Anzahl an Bädern/Duschen, im Schlafzimmer integriert, teilverglast vom Bett getrennt. Der beheizte Jacuzzi wurde täglich mehrfach in Anspruch genommen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung.
