Small comfortable nest, you will find the beds made "a well being after the road" (linen charge of 30 €, except personal supply), cleanliness and comfort of the place, not to mention the moment relax with its spa (optional ). In winter, the electric underfloor heating (independent for each room, will assure you an optimal comfort) FREE. A terrace protected from the wind and the view, for a sunbath and / or a barbecue meal. The house is located 1500m from the beach. WARNING! Lovely stay in a quiet town

Paul was very helpful before the stay with questions and the property was immaculate for us arriving. The Property has everything you need, beds were decent and bathroom very nice with loads of space. Its a residential area but very very quiet, if you have children with a scooter/bike they have what is called a Pump Track recently installed in the lovely town park that is recommended.We was a 10 min drive to Ouistreham and close reach to Caen and surrounding shops if required. Jacuzzi was an optional extra cost but very nice. Garden was nice with a BBQ but we didn't use it with it being spring and a short break.Would stay again.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Mr Voivenel est très à l’écoute. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, la livraison d’un lit médicalisé pour notre fils tétraplégique, il a tout de suite accepté de libéré une chambre. Par ailleurs nous sommes tombés en panne le 14 juillet ! Il nous a aidé à trouver un garage dès le lendemain. Sa maison est bien adaptée au handicap. Nous allons garder de bons souvenir de ce séjour. Tolles Haus

Alles super Wohnung war sehr sauber, Küchengeräte war auch alles da.Kein Grund zum meckern. Herr Paul spricht nur französisch aber mit Händen und gesten sowie mit dem Mobieltelefon hat alles gut geklappt.

Belle maison bien située

Maison agréable bien équipée. Tous les produits du quotidien sont fournis. Bonne emplacement. Voiture obligatoire mais à 5 minutes de la mer !

Location conforme aux photos. La maison, d’une très grande propreté, est située dans un lotissement très calme et est bien située pour les différentes visites. Le propriétaire, très gentil et serviable, est à l’écoute s’il y a le moindre soucis.

très belle location et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable dans un lotissement très calme, emplacement idéale pour visite les alentours, mémorial de Caen, Caen, ,Cabourg, Deauville et marcher le long du boulevard de la mer a Hermanville sur mer. le propriétaire paul est gentil et serviable.

Schönes kleines Haus mit Garten

Trotz mangelnder Französischkenntnisse hat die Kommunikation mit Paul (dem Vermieter) prima geklappt. Er hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles genauestens erklärt. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, so dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. In 10 min Fußmarsch erreicht man einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Vielen Dank an Paul, wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Très agréable

C’est une petite maison dans un lotissement calme. Elle est confortable, propre et agréable avec un belle extérieur et des jeux pour enfants (nous avons une petite fille de 2 ans 1/2). Le propriétaire est très agréable et à l’écoute s’il y a la moindre choses. La maison est bien située pour les visites (15 min de Caen / 1h d’Omaha beach ou honfleur).

Une location très agréable

Un agréable séjour dans cette location propre, très bien équipée et aménagée. L’option avec le jacuzzi a été notamment très appréciable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et est facilement joignable en cas de questions durant le séjour.
