Hilltop is a very friendly community located on a gentle hillside that overlooks the beautiful village of Bogaz and its harbor beaches/restaurants, all within 10-15min walk. On site there is much to enjoy. Watch a stunning sunset while taking a stroll through the small nature park, burn off those calories at the outdoor gym, choose from one of many pools to relax and get that luxurious tan or have some family time at the site's restaurant with tasty food and good entertainment. Open year round.

The space

This spacious semi detached villa is just a stone’s throw from the communal pools and Bar. The accommodation comprises of a large open plan living area, three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms and roof top terrace with clear sea views. The villa sits on an open plan garden and has additional sun terraces.

On Site:
* There is an outdoor gym.
* An Olympic pool above the restaurant and various communal pools which prevents over crowding.
* A tennis court.
* A beautiful small man made nature area.
* A bar/restaurant/cafe which serves beautiful English and local food at very reasonable prices. They have various entertainment events going on throughout the summer. Plus it is open all year round!

* 24hr Petrol station with small market
* Plenty more bars and restaurants along the coast
* Local main supermarket called 'Lemar'

Within 15 min drive:
* Long beach
At long beach you can also enjoy some water sport activities.
* Royal horse riding stables
(Prices available for both upon visit).

Within 20min drive:
* Salamis Historical Ruins
* Famagusta City perfect for souvenir shopping. Also explore the old city castle walls
* Kantara Castle
* Cinarli, Incirly Gypsum Caves

Within one hours drive:
* The Capital city of Kyrenya/Girne which has many more historical sites for you to visit including one of the oldest shipwrecks in the world located at the city's harbor. Plus plenty of restaurant's and souvenir shops.
* You must visit the Karpaz Peninsular. Karpaz is spectacular! It is a stunning protected area with the most beautiful natural deserted beaches open to the public. While your there take a drive through the famous donkey sanctuary and feed some furry friends! Be careful they like to be nosey and peek through the car windows :)) !
* Nicosia main district where you can walk across the border leading to the South.
-Visit the Buyukaan. A historical prison area now converted into a stunning craft market.
-Countless souvenir shops, clothes shops and market stalls
