Lovely, clean apartment with pool view.

Lovely property. Well maintained. Ideal location for the local shops, bars and restaurants in Oroklini and also an easy base from which to visit other parts of the island. Great swimming pool which was never over crowded. Apartment very clean and was equipped with everything required. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend and certainly intend to re-visit.

Very enjoyable

A well equiped, maintained and clean apartment. A large balcony overlooking the pool area, an ideal place to sit and relax. We had the sun right through to early evening. Helen was most helpful, giving details of local car hire along with very good written details of directions to the apartment. The local contacts, Lisa & Wayne were on hand and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Oroklini and this apartment. Jan and I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment with very kind host

We have been as a young couple to Cyprus for 9 days. We had arrived some hours before the apartment was ready for us, so we found the host just cleaning it. She was very kind, offered us to leave the luggage in the apartment, provided water and cold refreshment, recommended us to visit the city while she was cleaning the apartment - hurrying just to give us the keys even earlier as agreed. The apartment itself is well equipped, there is powerful air conditioning in every room, large fridge, nice kitchen, clean rooms and a splendid look from the balcony. Though we found a couple of dirty plates and plastic cups in upper cupboard (maybe left there by previous guests), the apartment was still clean and tidy. The common pool between the two apartment houses is a fantastic place all the day: you always find sun and shadow, sunbeds and a corner of piece. Never crowded, water is always clean. The surroundings is a bit boring: it is outside of the down town. The sea is not in walking distance, but you can reach the main road (Agia Napa-Larnaca) in 3 minutes by car and then everything is close. To the airport it is 15-20 minutes. We spent wonderful 9 days (and nights) on Cyprus. We recommend this apartment to everybody.

Very relaxed stay

Many thanks indeed to Helen, Liza and Wayne who were unfailingly kind and helpful - especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. The apartment itself is exactly as described with plenty of space and all the amenities you could want for a break in Cyprus. Helen also provides a comprehensive guide to places to eat and things to do. Oroklini is a very pretty village in the centre and has all the shops you could realistically want - much more conveniently than Larnaca too. Hiring a car is really essential if you want (as we did) to travel about the island. Helen's arrangements were perfect and apart from our own idiocy in locking ourselves out, it was the ideal base. Thank you!

Fabulous holiday again.

This was our second time staying in this lovely apartment. We were met by Helen, the owner, and shown into the partment. We knew where all the facilities were as we had stayed there before. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well furnished with everything that you could want. The pool area is kept beautifully clean and there are enough sun beds to use. We love coming to this part of Cyprus and Oroklini is within easy reach of Larnaca and also a great base for exploring the fabulous places of interest on the island. We will certainly be contacting Helen again.

Great apartment perfectly situated in lovely town

We had the most amazing time at your apartment and In Oroklini. From start to finish everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, immaculately clean and had everything you could hope for and more! The location is also wonderful - Oroklini is a beautiful village with fantastic bakeries which my boys loved, great supermarkets and fruit and veg stores with plenty of eating out options. The tavernas have a very relaxed atmosphere adding to the whole holiday vibe. The apartment provided great space for a family on holiday with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pools. We enjoyed mornings by the pool and then at siesta time we were perfectly situated to drive to many different locations for sightseeing. Larnaca by night (a wonderful experience) is a mere 10 minute drive from the apartment and a great way to pass the evening in the many cafes and restaurants there, or simply sitting by the beach watching the world go by. A great family apartment

This is the second year we have spent a fortnight at this apartment. We enjoyed the apartment and location so much the previous year we decided to come back before the wheels had touched down at Heathrow. Helen, the owner, made booking really easy with prompt replies and being flexible to suit our travel arrangements. We met her agent, Amy, at the apartment on arrival who showed us our car parking space and storage room and walked through the apartment with us. When we arrived home we realised the kids had left a couple of hoodies behind but Amy was happy to post them back. The apartment is clean and well maintained. It is a decent size which easily accommodates 4 people with ease. We had family staying in another apartment at the complex and we managed to sit 9 people on the large balcony for food and games without any problems. The water cooler is a really nice touch and this year there was English television but we didn't really use it. Oroklini is a nice village with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance to give varied drinking and dining experiences. There are several supermarkets/minimarts in the village and a 24hr bakery. Larnaca is a short drive away with the typical seafront strip of bars, restaurants and amusements you would expect on holiday. I would recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area. You drive on the left in Cyprus so driving around is really easy. I would recommend this apartment for families and couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location.

Fantastic Apartment

The entire holiday was amazing, the location of the apartment was perfect for us having previously visited Oroklini and being a short walk from town. The apartment itself was wonderful, Helen made everything perfect for us having a welcome pack of essentials. The pool was great as well, very clean which was nice to see, good sign of the entire complex being well maintained. Amy met us with the keys on our first day and she showed us around everything in the apartment as well as how to work the air con which proved to be very useful! I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family as the whole experience was wonderful, if we go back I will definitely use the apartment again.

Lovely,clean,air conditioned apartment

The owner Helen made our stay at this lovely apartment such a pleasant experience I cannot recommend it highly enough. She arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment to give us the key , with a welcome pack of milk ,orange juice, bread etc. We were given a tour of the apartment and the lady ensured we knew where everything was before we were left to it. All you could need is close by, the complex is based in a very large village with plenty of supermarkets,local shops, a pub and bakeries to enjoy a self catering holiday , or if like us you prefer to eat out or have a take away , there is lots of information and directions on where to go , all in a handy guide left by the owner. The facitlities are spot on , towels , hair dryer and straighteners, iron, even a high chair are all supplied. The children are well catered for with board games, toys , pool inflatables and balls and for the teenagers/adults, TV, DVD's ,Wifi, music system, ( take an ipod or iphone) sunbeds , books etc . It is the ideal base for a holiday by the pool. We had a car ( try Stevens car rental) which made it easy to get out and about. The apartment is situated 10 mins from Larnaca and half an hour from Water world or Nicosia for a daytrip. Once home Helen quickly contacted us to return the deposit,making for an all round great holiday.

Absolutely Stunning!

We enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus so much, so nice to come back to this wonderful apartment each evening. We had everything we could possibly want in the apartment ... and MORE! A real home away from home. It was lovely and clean, plenty of towels and a lovely view overlooking the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a holiday in Cyprus. Brilliant holiday

We all had such a lovely holiday...the apartment was perfect with the balcony overlooking the pool, and there was everything provided we could have wanted. The girls only watched one film on the TV, and I only used the oven once - so they're signs of a great holiday: we were out and about enjoying ourselves all the time! The welcome pack was very welcome as our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the apartment until about midnight and I was dying for a cup of tea! Good location: short walk to shops, bars and restaurants, and good for sightseeing as it was mid-way along the southern coast. Lots of fantastic beaches, good water sports, water park, camel zoo....lots to do if you wanted to get active! We loved it!

PERFECT!!!!!

We spent a very relaxing week in Cyprus in this wonderful apartment. Absolutely spotless and fully furnished.I was able to make Frappe Coffee as there was even a hand blender!! An abundance of towels for the bath and beach, DVDs, game machine and mobile phone. Home from Home. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

On arrival, the Apartment was spotless, very well equipped, with everything you need for self catering and more. Comfortable beds, and lots of towels. The owners obviously take great care to insure a comfortable stay, even supplying a mobile phone. A sunny balcony including sun loungers overlooking the superb pool, rounded off this excellent apartment. The complex is small and friendly within easy reach of everything in the village, which has many good Taverns and Retaurants, bakers, pharmacy etc etc. We have stayed in many apartments in Cyprus, this one topped them all, and we would return without looking further.

wow - fantastic apartment , great holiday

An absolutely lovely apartment with plenty of room for the whole family and close to a variety of amenities. It is well positioned for visiting Larnaca, Nicosia and Protaras. The rooms were a great size with plenty of cupboard space and the kitchen came with everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the pool was great (especially at night) and the children loved the pool area during the day. Booking with Helen was very easy and the contact she kept with us before we even got to Cyprus was fantastic. All the information we needed was very clear and concise and we found the apartment with no problems. Since returning we have recommended it to family and friends! See you next year? Hi, we are Helen & Paul. Helen is Greek Cypriot from the UK and speaks Greek fluently. We have 3 children in their 20’s. We based our apartments around our children as they were growing up and made sure we had everything we could possibly think of to make parents life easy when on holiday. I think we can say that we achieved that from the reviews we have on our website. We have something for everyone of all ages in our apartments so all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy – we’ve taken care of everything.
Our background is property rentals and we love what we do. We put a lot of research into all our properties so our guests enjoy their holiday. At least 60% of our guests return either the following year or the year after. We try to keep our prices competitive and include rather a lot because we like to make every guest feel at home and we always listen to feedback as that adds to making guests holiday perfect. Our communication is excellent and we like to make sure our guests have all the details they need before their holiday and we are always contactable should you need us before or during your holiday. We are based in the UK and visit our apartments frequently, about 5 or 6 times a year and always keep them updated and maintained. We have our Reps that look after the apartments and they also do regular checks and make sure the apartments are in good order. Our cleaners are perfectionists and our apartments are spotless. If anyone has any questions then please feel free to contact us and we very much look forward to welcoming you.

Why they chose this property

We bought this apartment off plan and since then we have watched the village grow and it is so different from other villages. There is something special about Oroklini. The people are friendly and the shop owners make you feel welcome. Larnaca itself is not like the other big towns like Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos. Larnaca still has a lot of tradition and not too commercialised. This also reflects in the prices. Lets hope it always stays like that.

What makes this property unique

We are so happy with this property and know that we made the right choice. The apartment is situated perfectly overlooking the pools and distant sea views. The view from the veranda is one of the best locations on the complex.
The complex is only a few minutes walk into the main village so it is nice and peaceful during the nights. The fact that you don't have to drive if you don't want to is perfect. That's what we call a holiday.
