SunBay Apartments comprise beautiful spacious single bedroom apartments all with large verandas and access to an attractive patio decorated with pergolas of jasmine and surrounded by a variety of fruit trees and hedges.
Licensed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation. SunBay is within an easy drive to best award beaches of Agia Napa & Protaras.
SunBay is recognized for its cleanliness, its friendly service and its close to the beach location.

The apartment and facilities were excellent and made our holiday most enjoyable. We hope to see you again in the near future. We have been here for so many times and always we spent very happy holidays at your apartments. Anyway in and outside everything is clean and well fitted. We like Cyprus and your accommodation very much. We will come back as soon as possible.

Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable. Lovely neighborhood cats. Cabs seem to stop a couple blocks short of the actual house for some reason.

Absolutely great!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. There is anything you might need for cooking. It's a quiet area, we felt very safe and welcome there. To make it even better, there's the best beach ever within about 4-5 min walk. So handy! We used to go for a swim 3 times a day! Couldn't wish for anything better and we are not that easy to please. The air-con was working a lot as it was so hot, but it makes the inside cool very quick. There is a shop between the apartments and the beach (2 min walk), not amazing, but more than enough for a week or so. There is also a car rental place by the shop. The staff were most pleasant and helpful. Can't fail the apartment on anything. Highly recommended! Many thanks Eleni, you've been so welcoming and kind and replying very quick to my emails :-) Would love to come back again. No other place!

Super all round vacation

We have just returned from a week at these apartments and enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment are of an excellent size, as are the balconies, the apartments are very clean and comfortable, located in a very quiet street and only 5-10 minutes from the beach, approximately 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket, the host Eleni certaintly has the Cypriot hospitality, one of the nicest and helpful people we have met, nothing too much trouble for her, like the other guest we appreciated the little touches made by Eleni i.e. the wine, beer and rolls on arival also mid week treat of fresh rolls. We were very lucky with the weather which made the air conditioning in the main bedroom very welcome. We have been going to Cyprus and staying in hotels for over 20 years no more from now on its the Sun Bay Apartments for us. We would have no problem in recommending these apartments to our friend and family (which we will) Thank you Eleni for making it a perfect vacation.

Jederzeit wieder!

Seit ein paar Tagen sind wir erst wieder im kalten Deutschland. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in Zypern und in den Sunbay-Appartments. Vielen Dank ELENI und Team für die Hilfsbereitschaft, die persönliche freundliche Betreuung und den tollen Service. Das Appartment wurde 2x wöchentlich gereinigt und an diesen Tagen gab es immer kostenlose frische Brötchen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, von der Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da gewesen sein ... Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt. Sehr schön ist die große Terasse, durch eine dichte Hecke getrennt von den Nacbarappartments, man ist für sich und ungestört. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet und die Waschmaschine tiptop. Auch die Umgebung ist schön und bietet etliche Möglichkeiten. Verschiedenen Restaurants, Strand, kleine Supermärlte, MIetwagenanbieter usw. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen für 7 Tage und haben daher einiges von der INsel gesehen!! Nochmals vielen Dank und .... jederzeit wieder! Lieben Gruß aus Deutschland, Köln, Cologne! Yvonne und Bernd
